VERY HIGH TEMP (300 C) BHP/BHT WELL MONITORING SYSTEM

The Very High Temperature BHP/BHT (VHTS) system is engineered to provide reliable pressure and temperature measurements in wellbore environments up to 300°C (570°F).

The system is composed of a robust, leak proof, 316L stainless steel, downhole sensor attached to a surface controller via stainless steel tube wire (rated to 300°C). The DINRAIL mountable surface controller outputs data through 4-20mA signal (RS485 output optional).

In addition to reservoir monitoring, the sensor by design, allows it to tolerate the shock & vibration produced by most artificial lift systems, consequently, the system can be used for pump optimization. Sensors are available in pressure ranges from 1000 psia to 20000 psia.

Deployment options include banding sensor to tubing exterior or lubricated down tubing. Cost effective system installations can be performed in pressurized wells.
